When you submit your credit card information to us in connection with a purchase of services on our Website, it is transmitted through the in-app payment processor on JaneApp powered by Stripe Payments Canada, Ltd., which is a PCI DSS compliant Level 1 Service Provider. We will honor your request to delete your data, as described more fully below, unless we are required by law or our professional obligations to retain access to the data. However, note that we cannot control the retention policies of third parties.
